April 13: Project Starts Tomorrow
April 14: The roofing project will begin tomorrow morning starting on the right front side of the roof (next to Church Street). This would involve the air units of 16, 17, 23, 22, 18 & 20. It will take about three days on this section and then they will move on to the next working around the roof counter clockwise with hopes of being complete by early May. In order for the truck equipment to get in the residential dumpster will be moved to the lower parking lot behind the attorney office.
April 15: It will be necessary to get inside each unit to fully disconnect the power to the roof top air unit so that the conduit through the roof can be removed and replaced without jeopardizing the safety of the workers. We will need access on Friday morning,These will be on the right side of the building.
